Academy Field Trips

On Academy field trips, students have the opportunity to travel to numerous educational facilities correspondent with the curriculum being taught within the classroom. In order to qualify to attend field trips, students are required to not be failing any of their core classes. These include Math, Science, History, and English.

Sophomores: Attend trips to Santa Barbara Community College, UC Santa Barbara, College of the Canyons, Cal State Northridge, the Museum of Tolerance, the Huntington Library, the Natural History Museum, and the California Science Center.

Juniors: Attend trips to Cal Lutheran University, Cal State University- Channel Islands, the Huntington Library, the Reagan Library, and the Paley Center.

Seniors: Attend trips to the USS Iowa, the Nixon Library, the Huntington Library, the Bakersfield Courthouse, and to finish off the year, a trip to Catalina!
